LiftMaster Entrance Barrier stuck

LiftMaster Entrance Barrier stuck

Symptoms: LiftMaster barrier opened but will not close. Stuck!

Observations: AC power is present; Bat Low (Red) LED is lit. 

Check 10 amp fuse and replace if necessary. Gate controller should be reset by doing the following:- remove battery connection from one pole; Turn off service switch and then back on.  Reconnect battery connection. Low Batt LED should go off within a minute.
